If you receive a damaged product or a product that is not as mentioned on the website, we will initiate a return/refund based on the case.

If we send across a product in perfect condition in terms of look, dimension and color and you are not happy with it, you can return the product back to us. However, the return shipping charges will have to be borne by you.

Upon receiving the product, we will transfer the full amount minus the shipping costs. Delivery & Logistics is expensive in India and we are determined to be a self-sustainable business. Please understand where we come from.

3 Day Return Policy
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at shopmrp.in– you can return all items within 3 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will refund the payment to the source you used to pay for the purchase once we receive the product back in our warehouse and is examined. The payment should be credited back to the source within 5-7 days.

• What should I do if I receive a damaged item, wrong product, or missing units in my order?
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at online@mrlightglobal.com or call us on +91 89433 57757 within 2 days of receipt of the product. We will issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product at the time of the claim made.

  • What are the criteria for a product to be termed Damaged?
    Item received is chipped or broken or have a big dent
  • When are returns NOT possible?
    The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
  1. Time elapsed beyond 2 days after delivery
    2. Damages due to misuse/ Faulty installation of the product
    3. Any item which has been used
    4. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
    5. Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units
    6. Minor scratches or minor color variations will not be accepted for return.
  2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

  • I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
    You can Contact Us (online@mrlightglobal.com or +91 89433 57757) to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process.
    Pick-up cannot be arranged by us due to the logistics limitation of our shipping partners, you must return the item through SpeedPost/any other reputed trackable courier service and share tracking with us.
  • What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
    The money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
    Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, shopmrp.in team will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund once the product is delivered back to our address, inspected and verified.
  • Can I return part of my order?
    Yes, a return can be created at the item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity. This is not applicable for items sold as a combo.
  • When are Refunds provided?
    We work to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe.
    Refunds are issued when
    – Seller cannot provide replacement
    – When a dispute has been ruled in your favor
  • I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?
    Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email/explain over a call the return process as well as provide the details about the replacement.
    In most cases, the replacement item is dispatched when the originally delivered item is received back at our warehouse and inspected.
    If you don’t get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.
  • I’ve still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?
    If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.
    Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you. However, please understand that this is a third-party managed process and we do have only limited control over the time it takes to settle a dispute.
  • I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?
    Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful to cancel it if the product is not dispatched. In case the return is already dispatched, you will need to pay the shipment fee alone to ship it back to you.
  • Will I get a refund if I don’t get a replacement/exchange as requested?
    Replacements/Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock with the seller. If the product is out of stock or a replacement/exchange cannot be issued, a full refund will be provided on successful pick-up and delivery of the product at no extra cost.
